
Aarti has been working in the space of leadership and cultural effectiveness since 2008.
She has a global exposure and understanding having worked and interacted with organizations based in India, South East Asia as well as the West.
She customizes her approach based on the client organisation’s context and priorities to facilitate the successful accomplishment of the client’s objectives.
Aarti is the founder of 3A Consulting which she set up when she was based in Singapore.

Aarti has extensive experience in consulting and training interventions in the following areas of leadership and culture:
Working effectively across cultures: Coaching sessions on doing business in India and working in South East Asia. She has coached senior executives from multinational corporations like Nestlé, Unilever, Proctor and Gamble, Colgate Palmolive, and Texas Instruments.
Cultural assessments and coaching: using best-in-class frameworks such as CQ and TIP to enable leaders to successfully transition roles, levels and geographies.
CULTURE GAP ANALYSIS AND ALIGNMENT
This involves:
Assessing how employees ‘live’ the organisation’s values and identifying the gaps and focus areas in the context of the organisation’s priorities and goals.
Formulating a roadmap enabling greater alignment and synergy and cascading this in the broader organisation.
